Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

    • Our team will respond with a return authorization number (RAN) and the return address.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • We may provide a prepaid shipping label for returns in certain circumstances. In other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
    • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds can take up to 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  5. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
