Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Items must be in the same condition in which you received them (unworn, unused, and with original tags/packaging where applicable).

2. How to Initiate a Return:

   • Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item (even though no specific reason is required, it helps us improve).
   • Our team will respond with a return authorization number (RAN) and the return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

   • We may provide a prepaid shipping label for returns in certain circumstances. In other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   • Please contact us for specific details regarding your return.

4. Refund Processing:

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
   • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds can take up to 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges:

   • If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
